Nutritional yeast is a superfood fermented from the species Saccharomyces cerevisiae and grown on the surface of molasses. It’s an inactive yeast and loaded with lots of nutrition.

Nutritional yeast has a cheesy taste, so it’s very versatile. You can add it to:

What Are Some Of The Health Benefits Of Nutritional Yeast?
It’s loaded with amino acids – therefore easier to digest.
It contains trace minerals – essential for a healthy thyroid function, testosterone levels, blood sugar balance, and helps lower insulin levels.
