Thank you for enrolling in the "Keto LIfestyle For Women" 6 week projectI
We are scheduled to send out the food list by Friday, January 19th and we will actually start on the eating plan on January 24th after our first class, so that we get you started right! This weekend you will get familiar with the food list and meal plan. If you don't, no worries we will discuss this during the 1st class.
I will be here with you step by step and try to keep it simple to implement.
Our first meeting will be at the office at Innovative Health & Wellness, 297 S. Lake Havasu Blvd, #200, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403, we will start at 5:30 pm and be done by 6:30pm. More information to follow with your private member site.
